Had several days off this last couple of weeks due to work commitments and backache.
So I had cut down on the rowing and reviewed the rowing videos.
I think the other part is the rowing is starting to improve my posture and therefore re-adjusting some of the muscles in my back.
Any how just completed 20 km and starting to get back into my rhythm.
Next goal 250,000 meters - 130,000 to go
Vendee Globe Challenge = 41,855 Km
Current total 120 Km to go = 41,735 Km
I also lost 3 pounds this week :)
